At a recent wedding, we provided a buffet service where the couple wanted to offer their guests a very nice dinner, and yet, keep costs to a minimum. We served appetizers to keep the guests occupied while the couple had photographs taken. Our professional staff served each guest for their first serving to ensure portion control, while offering more than just “self service.” The environment was relaxed, yet semi-formal, and fit the bride’s desire to ensure a good time was had by all.
